It is also possible to import several types of data such as customer and vendor lists, inventories, etc., from existing XLS or XLSX files.

Besides its asset control features, Xin Inventory allows you to create different types of documents with professional quality, such as invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and delivery notes using the multiple templates provided, with the possibility of personalizing them with your own logos and company details. You can save these documents locally, print them, and also send them by email directly from within the app. Different types of reports can be easily generated too, to reflect inventory levels, monthly or annual sales, as well as many other aspects of your business.

Xin Inventory comes in two versions: Client and Network Enabled, the latter enables you to work over a LAN and provides access to multiple users. After a rather long setup process, during which you will have to provide your company details, a wizard will walk you through the first steps.

Although the application takes care of complex business operations, working with it does not present any difficulty.
